Architectural plan solution
A five-storied building with a compact capacity is designed. In the building there are five ground storeys and a plinth storey. The building is divided into two sections – there are two staircases and two lifts. The stairs are from concrete elements. On the first floor there is a business surface with a higher airspace and two apartments. On the second, third, fourth and fifth floor there are six apartments.  On the fifth floor there are two apartments to which belong roof terraces. On the plinth storey there are technical rooms and the store rooms of apartments.

Opening fillings
The windows and balcony doors are with high quality and have double wood-aluminium frames.
The variants of closing the windows: airless, horizontal and vertical.
The internal glass of sealed glazing unit is selective, the external is stained glass.  The external doors are aluminium section doors with sealed glazing unit.

The railings of a balcony
The railing of the balconies and the terrace of the fifth floor is from blue stained glass railings in metal construction. The roof of the terrace of the fifth floor and the canopy in front of the business surface is from macrolon on hot galvanized steel beams. 

External finishing
Roof – rubber bitumen roll covering with slate rockfill.
External walls – stained fibre plaster.
External doors – metal safety door with glass.
Eaves – coloured wood
Surface channels, pipes and additional accessories – sheet metal with polyester cover.
External stairs – brushed concrete.

Internal finishing
Ceilings:
In rooms, kitchen and entrance – reinforced concrete panels, rendered and painted.
In washroom and toilet – suspended ceiling on metal frame.
Walls:
Staircases – rendered, painted.
Store rooms – clean joint, Columbia block and paint.
Living room, bedrooms, kitchen and entrance – rendered, painted.
Bathroom and toilet – ceramic tiles.
Floors:
Rooms – oak board parquet.
Bathroom and toilet – ceramic tiles.
